As a result of the "Interest Distribution" an adjustment was made to the
exercise price to ensure the financial position of the warrant holders is
unprejudiced.
Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above mentioned warrant PAPIVA, would
like to advise holders that due to the new adjusted exercise price of R0.00,
effective 5 April 2007, PAPIVA was terminated and Holders are now entitled to
receive the linked units at the new exercise price of R0.00, together with the
balance of the cash payment being R0.52 distribution, less the R0.283 final pay
down of the strike (equaling R0.237). This will be effected on the 19 April
2007, and will automatically accrue to holders via instruction to STRATE.
