Shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of directors of

- the resignation of Mr. C J Pallas, who retired at the Annual General
Meeting held on 22 March 2007 and did not offer himself for re-election.
- the appointment of Mrs N P Mnxasana, as a non-executive director, with
effect from 1 April 2007.
