POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Mittal Steel
South Africa for the year ended 31 December 2006 were dispatched to shareholders
on 30 March 2007 and contain no modifications to the audited preliminary results
which were published on 19 February 2007. The Annual Report is available online
at www.mittalsteelsa.com. The company`s auditors, Deloitte & Touche, have
audited the annual financial statements. Their unqualified report is available
for inspection at the company`s registered office.
A notice of the annual general meeting is attached to the annual report. The
annual general meeting will be held at the Park Hyatt Hotel, Pambeli Room, 191
Oxford Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg, on Friday, 11 May 2007 at 11:00.
