Joint Cautionary Announcement and CET Further CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the joint cautionary announcement dated 8 March
2007 and are advised that the further negotiations between CET and
Dynamic referred to therein are continuing. CET and Dynamic shareholders
are therefore advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing in their
shares until such time as a further announcement has been published in
this regard.
CET FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
CET Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 7 December 2006, 22
January and 8 March 2007 and are advised that Cape Empowerment Trust is
still involved in further unrelated negotiations which, if successfully
concluded, may have an effect on the price of the company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the company`s securities until a further detailed
announcement is made in this regard.
