CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Mvela Resources announces the resignation of Dr Oyama Mabandla and Mr
Paseka Ncholo as non-executive directors on the Mvela Resources board, effective
19 April 2007.
Mr Mabandla and Mr Ncholo have served as non-executive directors of Mvela
Resources since March 2004 and the board would like to thank them for their
input and counsel and wish them well in their new endeavours.
Mvela Resources` nominations committee has also approved the appointment of Mr
Sipho Mofokeng as an executive board member. Mr Mofokeng was recently appointed
Mvela Resources` Executive Technical Manager.
