Shareholders are advised that:
The annual report, incorporating a notice convening the annual general meeting
of the company ("the AGM"), was posted to shareholders on 30 March 2007. The
following changes have been made to the financial information published in the
provisional report dated 13 December 2006 persuant to the finalisation of the
audited annual financial statements of the subsidiary companies. The changes
were as a result of netting off certain expenses against revenue in the
provisional results, versus showing these items as gross in the audited results,
together with other audit adjustments.
There was no material change in the Earnings per share, as a result of these
changes. In the Group Income Statement the following items changed
