DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON OLD MUTUAL PLC ENHANCED DIVIDEND

With reference to the South African Rands final dividend announcement on 20
April 2007, the Directors of Old Mutual Plc have declared a final dividend of
4.15 pence per ordinary share, an equivalent in ZAR of 58.26 cents per share,
payable on Thursday, 31 May 2007 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books
of the company at the close of business on Friday, 11 May 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, OMLIDB,
will receive an Old Mutual Plc final dividend of 58.26 cents per security
payable on Thursday, 31 May 2007 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 4 May 2007.
OMLIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 7 May 2007, and the record date will be
Friday, 11 May 2007.
