Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 September 2006 were dispatched to shareholders on 28 March 2007
and contained no material modifications to the reviewed unaudited results,
which were published on 21 December 2006.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Sizafika will be held in the boardromm on the 1st floor, 43 Wierde Road
West, Wierde Valley, Sandton on Thursday, 3 May 2007 at 10h00 to transact
the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming
part of the Annual Report.
