DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The trustees of the NewRand Trust (being Webber Wentzel Bowens Trustees IV
(Proprietary) Limited) have resolved to make a distribution to holders of
NewRand Index Securities recorded in the register in respect of the quarter
ended 31 March 2007.
This distribution will:
be in an amount of 12.50 cents per NewRand Index security, constituted as
follows:
- 5.73 cents in respect of dividends;
- 6.77 cents in respect of manufactured dividend;
be made to all holders of NewRand Index Securities recorded in the register at
30 March 2007; and
be effected on 30 April 2007.
