Results of annual general meeting and general meeting
Shareholders are hereby notified that at the annual general meeting held today,
the shareholders of Pacific approved all the ordinary resolutions proposed
thereat.
Furthermore, at the general meeting held today, shareholders also approved the
disposal of the Cape Rendezvous Hotel, Pacific`s only asset. The company is now
classified by the JSE as a cash shell. Should it, within the next three months,
fail to enter into an agreement and make an announcement relating to the
acquisition of viable assets that satisfy the JSE`s conditions for listing, its
listing will be terminated.
