RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND GENERAL MEETING OF DEBENTURE
HOLDERS AND FINALISATION INFORMATION OF THE CHANGE OF NAME
1. Results of the general meeting of shareholders and the general meeting
of debenture holders ("the general meetings")
Shareholders and debenture holders of the Company ("unitholders") are
referred to the terms announcement released on SENS on Monday, 12
March 2007 and published in the press on Tuesday, 13 March 2007 and to
the circular to unitholders dated Wednesday, 28 March 2007 ("the
circular"), regarding, amongst other things, the acquisition by the
Company of 24 letting enterprises from Pangbourne Properties Limited
("the acquisition"), the change of name of the Company ("the change of
name") and the adoption of an unit purchase trust. All the resolutions
as set out in the circular and proposed at the general meetings held
on Thursday, 19 April 2007, were approved by the requisite majority of
unitholders.
2. Competition Commission
The Competition Commission confirmed that they did not have
jurisdiction in respect of the acquisition as there was no change in
control and therefore the acquisition could proceed.
3. The acquisition
As a result of the approval of unitholders and the confirmation by the
Competition Commission referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 above,
respectively, the acquisition is now unconditional.
4. Change of name
The change of name from Calulo Property Fund Limited to Monyetla
Property Fund Limited was approved at the general meeting of
shareholders and has been registered by the Registrar of Companies.
The change of name on the JSE Limited will be effective from the
commencement of trade on Monday, 7 May 2007 under the abbreviated name
"Monyetla", share code "MYT" in the "Financial Services - Real Estate"
sector and the ISIN will be ZAE000093761.
The Company undertakes, for a period of not less than one year, to
show the former name of the Company on the documents of title in
brackets under the new name of the Company.
5. Important dates and times regarding the change of name
The important dates and times with regard to the change of name are
set out in the table below.

1. Unitholders holding certificated units, who surrender their

mailed within five business days of receipt thereof by the
transfer secretaries, by registered post in South Africa, at the
risk of the unitholders concerned.
