General - Draft Listings Requirements for Debt Instruments on Yield-X

Yield-X is the JSE`s Interest Rate Exchange which commenced trading on 28
February 2005 as a totally separate environment for the trading, clearing and
settling of all interest rate products. Yield-X intends listing primary debt
instruments on this market and hence has drafted the Listings Requirements for
the listing of such instruments.
All interested parties are invited to review and provide comments on the draft
which is currently available on the JSE`s website (see the article under
announcements on the JSE`s main page). The consultation period will end on the
25th May 2007 after which the comments will be considered and the final Debt
Listings Requirements will be produced thereafter.
