April 2007 by Ospraie Management LLC that, as at 20 April 2007, Ospraie
Portfolio Ltd was interested in 10,020,153 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in
the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and Ospraie Advisors LP and
Ospraie Special Opportunities Master Holdings Ltd were interested in 6,636,990
Ordinary Shares. Accordingly their combined interest is 16,657,143 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 7.43% of the Company`s issued share capital.
