REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the second (2nd) Annual General Meeting ("the meeting") of the shareholders
of JSE held yesterday, Tuesday 24 April 2007, the requisite majority of
shareholders approved all the ordinary resolutions and special resolution number
1 as contained in the notice to shareholders and proposed at the meeting.
Special Resolution number 2 was withdrawn at the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
