DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE LBT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL
PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to LIBERTY
INTERNATIONAL PLC (LBT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a dividend amount of 244.6395 cents per LBTNIC share instalment that is payable
on Wednesday, 30 May 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 4 May 2007. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 May 2007 and the record date
will be Friday, 11 May 2007.
