RESIGNATION AS DIRECTOR AND CHAIRMAN: MR TOKYO SEXWALE
Northam advises that Mr Tokyo Sexwale has tendered his resignation as non-
executive director and chairman of the company with effect from 20 April 2007.
Mr Sexwale was appointed to the board on 15 September 2000 and chairman on 1
November of that year.
The company wishes to place on record its sincere appreciation of the services
rendered to the company by Mr Sexwale during his term of office. His wise
counsel, astute leadership and positive contribution to the affairs of the
company will be sorely missed.
