DECLARED INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON REDEFINE INCOME FUND LIMITED
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("RDFIDB")
With reference to the declared interest distribution announcement on 18 April
2007, the Directors of Redefine Income Fund Limited have declared an interest
distribution of 12.2 cents per ordinary linked unit payable on Monday, 14 May
2007 to ordinary linked unit holders recorded in the books of the company at the
close of business on Friday, 11 May 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, RDFIDB,
will receive a Redefine Income Fund Limited interest distribution of 12.2 cents
per security on Monday, 14 May 2007, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated
in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day
to trade ("cum" the interest distribution) in order to participate in the
interest distribution will be Friday, 4 May 2007.
RDFIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the interest
distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 7 May 2007, and the
record date will be Friday, 11 May 2007.
