DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL PLC ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("LBTIDB")
With reference to the South African Rands final ordinary dividend announcement
on 24 April 2007, the Directors of Liberty International Plc have declared a
final ordinary dividend of 17.25 pence per ordinary share, an equivalent in ZAR
of 244.6395 cents per share, payable on Wednesday, 30 May 2007 to ordinary
shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on
Friday, 11 May 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, LBTIDB,
will receive a Liberty International Plc final ordinary dividend of 244.6395
cents per security payable on Wednesday, 30 May 2007 in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in
the dividend will be Friday, 4 May 2007.
LBTIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 7 May 2007, and the record date will be
Friday, 11 May 2007.
