CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listing Requirement, of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr D.B. Harington has resigned
as Chairman and non executive director of the company with immediate
effect. The Beget board wishes to thank Mr Harington for his valuable
contribution.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tebogo Mogashoa as
acting Chairman and non executive director from 1st May 2007.
