WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 12 April 2007,
24 April 2007 and 25 April 2007 respectively and are advised that as the
conditions precedent of both the Pro-Fit and Lubrication Equipment acquisitions
have been met, the cautionary announcement is hereby withdrawn and caution is no
longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in their MICROmega
securities.
