Results of general meeting of shareholders
Shareholders are advised that all the resolutions detailed in the notice of
general meeting were approved by the requisite majority of Wesizwe
shareholders present or represented at the general meeting of shareholders
held on 30 April 2007.
Application has been made to the JSE Limited for the listing of 30,0
million ordinary Wesizwe shares. In accordance with the shareholders
authority these shares are to be allotted and issued to Vunani Capital
(Proprietary) Limited or its nominee at a subscription price of 336 cents
per share.
