GRANT OF OPTIONS
The Board of Lonrho announces today, that the Company granted options over, in
aggregate, 6,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the
Company ("Shares") to Directors of the Company as follows:
David Lenigas (Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer) 3,750,000
Emma Priestley (Executive Director) 1,250,000
Martin Horgan (Non-Executive Director) 1,000,000
Donald Strang (Non-Executive Director) 500,000
The grant of options was made under the Company`s unapproved share option
scheme, with an exercise price of 34.5p per Share exercisable until 29 April
2012.
