APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The board of Top Fix are pleased to advise that, with effect from 2 May
2007, Kagiso Gerald Bodigelo has been appointed as a non-executive director
of the Board and a member of the Audit Committee.
Kagiso is currently a senior project manager at the Public investment
Corporation. He has a strong background in corporate finance and equity
related deals involving telecommunications, industrial and financial
services, and with his expertise will contribute significantly to the
Board.
