shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
distributed to shareholders on 16 April 2007 and contain no modifications to the
reviewed results which were published on SENS on 26 February 2007.
Notice is hereby given that the forty-second Annual General Meeting of
shareholders of SA Eagle will be held at 12:00 on Wednesday 9 May 2007, at SA
Eagle House, The Braes, 193 Bryanston Drive, Bryanston to transact the business
as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual
financial statements.
