REVISED SALIENT DATES RELATING TO THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT REACHED BETWEEN
NRB RISK SOLUTIONS LIMITED AND THE COMPANY.
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 23 January 2007 in
which details of the settlement agreement reached between NRB Risk
Solutions Limited and the company were advised, together with the proposed
date of general meeting of shareholders in order to approve the settlement
agreement, and the subsequent announcements dated 26 February 2007 and 22
March respectively postponing such meeting, and are advised that due to a
delay in as a result of the offer to the majority shareholder from a third
party, the date of the general meeting of shareholders, which was to have
been 8 May 2007, has been changed to 24 July 2007.
