modifications to the audited results which were published on 7 March 2007.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be
held at Dialogue House, Rua Vasco da Gama, Foreshore, Cape Town on Monday, 28
May 2007 at 11:30 to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual
general meeting, which was issued together with the annual report containing the
annual financial statements of Dialogue for the year ended 31 December 2006.
