SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ECO SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the scheme of arrangement whereby the
listing of Edgars Consolidated Stores Ltd (ECO) will terminate the listing of
the share instalment ECONIA will terminate on the expiry date. Holders of
ECONIA share instalments will receive the intrinsic value on the Payment Date.
