CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that it has come to the attention of the board,
during the preparation of the audit files for the audit for the year ended
28 February 2007, that there was a material understatement in the
calculation of the interim results as published on 16 November 2006
relating to the net asset value of the company. The error will be
quantified within the next few days and published in due course.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
Wellco`s securities until a full announcement is made.
