Honeywell dispute
The witness hearing dates which had been scheduled for 2 to 4 May 2007 in
the matter of the dispute with Honeywell International Inc before the
Arbitration Tribunal of the International Chamber of Commerce in Zurich
have been postponed to a date yet to be determined. Shareholders will be
advised of the new dates as soon as they become available.
After the witness hearings the parties are accorded an opportunity to
present their final comments to the Arbitration Tribunal. It is expected
that the findings of the tribunal will be made within 3 months of the date
of the witness hearings.
