SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ECO WARRANT
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the scheme of arrangement whereby the
listing of Edgars Consolidated Stores Ltd (ECO) will terminate, the listing of
the ECONBG warrant will terminate on the Expiry Date. Holders of ECONBG will
receive 15 cents per warrant on the Payment Date.
The warrant payout is calculated as follows: (4600-4450)/10 = 15 cents. The
payment will occur on Monday, 14th May 2007.
Last day to trade/expiry Date Friday, 4 May 2007
Record Date Friday, 11 May 2007
