NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
York has posted its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2006 to
shareholders on Wednesday, 2 May 2007. The annual report contains no
modifications to the audited results which were published on the Securities
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on Tuesday, 27 February 2007, and
accordingly the Company is not publishing an abridged report. The annual
financial statements were audited by KPMG Inc. Their report is available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice is hereby given that York`s annual general meeting will be held at 2
Arnold Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg at 11:30 on 5 June 2007 to transact business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting circulated together with
the annual report.
