Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above BILIRP, Barrier Put Warrants
(REVS), would like to advise Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss
level of R168.75 in the Underlying Share, at the close of business on Monday 7
May 2007, the abovementioned Barrier Put Warrant (REVS) has been terminated.
Holders are now entitled to receive the Rebate Payment, represented by the
number of REVS held on the termination date, multiplied by the excess of the
Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R168.75 over the simple average of the Volume
Weighted Average Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business
Days following the Termination Date. This amount will automatically accrue to
holders via instruction through STRATE.
