DISPATCH OF CAPITEC ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the annual report containing the audited annual
financial statements of Capitec for the year ended 28 February 2007 is being
dispatched to shareholders today and contains no modifications to the audited
results which were announced on SENS on 29 March 2007. The annual report will
be available online on the Capitec website (www.capitecbank.co.za) from 12:00
today.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
We herewith confirm that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Capitec
will be held in the the Grand Ballroom, The Lord Charles Hotel, Corner of Main
Road and R44, Somerset West on Wednesday, 30 May 2007 at 12:00 to transact the
business set out in the notice of the annual general meeting contained in the
Capitec 2007 annual report.
