Kollege, 35 Kerk Street, Stellenbosch at 09:30 on Thursday, 31 May 2007 has
been posted today, Tuesday, 8 May 2007, in order for such shareholders to
consider and, if deemed fit, approve, with or without modification, the
resolutions required to effect an increase in the authorised ordinary share
capital of PSG Group.
