APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In terms of section 3, paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, SA
Retail wish to advise shareholders that Mr AM Hyatt and Mr HSC Bester have
resigned as non-executive directors and Mr RR Perkin has been appointed as a
non-
executive director of SA Retail with effect from 9 May 2007.
