REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Sabvest held at
the registered offices today, 10 May 2007, the requisite majority of
shareholders approved all the ordinary resolutions and special resolution
proposed at the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
