Further to the cautionary announcements dated 16 January 2007 and 07 March 2007,
shareholders are advised that ADC is still involved in negotiations, which if
successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price at which ADC`s
securities trade on the JSE Limited. Shareholders are accordingly advised to
continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company`s securities until a
full announcement is made.
