DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON JD GROUP LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("JDGIDC")
With reference to the dividend announcement on 9 May 2007, the Directors of JD
Group Limited have declared an interim dividend of 246 cents per ordinary share
payable on Monday, 11 June 2007 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books
of the company at the close of business on Friday, 8 June 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, JDGIDC,
will receive a JD Group Limited interim dividend of 246 cents per security
payable on Monday, 11 June 2007 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 1 June 2007.
JDGIDC Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 4 June 2007, and the record date will be
Friday, 8 June 2007.
