RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
The general meeting of GVM shareholders ("general meeting") regarding:
- the ratification of issue of shares;
- the election of directors namely Mr Steve Bywater and Mr Graham
Taggart;
- the issue of shares to the value of GBP 2,5 million;
to acquire a 50% interest in the Boabab Coal Project joint venture;
- the issue of shares to the value of GBP 12,7 million to assist the
funding of the Coal of Africa Limited acquisition; and
- the issue of up to 30 million shares if required
was held at l0:00 on Friday, 11 May 2007 at Level 1, 173 Mounts Bay
Road, Perth, Western Australia.
All the resolutions as set out above and in the notice of general
meeting were approved by the requisite majorities.
