The board of directors of BJM ("the Board")is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Sidney Rebe as a non-executive director to the Board
with immediate effect. Mr Rebe has been associated with BJM for the past
five years, the first two of which were in the capacity of CEO of BJM
Securities (Pty) Ltd and thereafter as a consultant to the BJM Group.
His extensive knowledge of the financial services industry makes him a
valuable addition to the Board.
