DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PPC SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for PRETORIA
PORTLANDCEMENT CO LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT CO LTD (PPC) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 385 cents per PPCNIC share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 4 June 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 25 May 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 28 May 2007 and the
record date is Friday, 1 June 2007.
