RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all of the special and ordinary resolutions
proposed in the notice to shareholders dated 30 March 2007, were passed
by the requisite majority at the annual general meeting of the Company
held at 11:00 on Friday, 11 May 2007, except for resolution 6 regarding
the authority to directors to issue unissued shares for cash, which was
withdrawn.
