DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ABL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for AFRICAN BANK
INVESTMENTS LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
AFRICAN BANK INVESTMENTS LTD ( ABL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have
declared a dividend amount of 95 cents per ABLNIA share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 18 June 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 8 June 2007. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 11 June 2007 and the record date
is Friday, 15 June 2007.
