Audited Results
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
twelve month period ended 31 December 2006 will be posted to shareholders from
17 May 2007 but before the 21 May 2007 and contain no modifications to the
audited results which were published on 29 March 2007. PricewaterhouseCoopers
Inc. and Sizwe Ntsaluba VSP Inc. jointly audited the results. The annual
financial statements of MTN including the auditors report are available for
inspection at the registered office of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 12th Annual General Meeting of MTN shareholders
will be held in the Auditorium, Phase II, at 216-14th Avenue, Fairland, Gauteng
on Wednesday, 13 June 2007 at 14:30 to transact business as stated in the Notice
of the Annual General Meeting.
