DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SPP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SPAR GROUP
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SPAR
GROUP LIMITED (SPP) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 72.5 cents per SPPNIC share instalment that
is payable on Monday, 11 June 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 1 June 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 4 June 2007 and
the record date will be Friday, 8 June 2007.
