Shareholders are referred to the recommendation of final dividend
announcement released on SENS on 16 April 2007 in which it was announced
that the dividend payment date in South Africa would be Friday, 25 May
2007. As the date of the annual general meeting has moved to Wednesday, 30
May 2007 (released on SENS on Wednesday, 16 May 2007), shareholders are
advised that the dividend payment date in South Africa (electronic and
certificated register) will now take place on Wednesday, 6 June 2007.
