Changes to the board of directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Ellerines shareholders are advised that Denzil McGlashan, non-executive deputy
chairman of Ellerines, has retired from the board of directors with effect from
16 May 2007. The board thanks Denzil for his valuable contribution over the last
20 years as a director.
Further to this, the board is pleased to announce the appointment of Moshopyadi
Heil, Mpho Nkeli, Andile Sangqu and Israel Skosana as non-executive directors
with immediate effect.
