TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that
a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the
period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% or more from the
financial results for the previous corresponding period or a profit
forecast previously provided to the market in relation to such period.
Shareholders are advised that ACTOWERS is currently finalising its results
for the year ended 28 February 2007 and are advised that ACTOWERS` earnings
and headline earnings per share for the year ended 28 February 2007 is
expected to increase by between 15% and 25% over that of the profit
forecast previously provided to the market in relation to such period. The
financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The company`s results for the year ended 28 February 2007 are expected to
be published on SENS during the week ending 25 May 2007.
