TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that ERM expects its earnings per share for the
year ended 28 February 2007 to be between 29% and 33% higher and the
headline earnings per share to be between 30% and 35% higher compared to
the previously reported corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has
not been reviewed or reported on by ERM`s auditors.
The group`s results for the year ended 28 February 2007 will be published
on or about 29 May 2007.
