DIRECTORATE: Changes to the board of Directors.
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given that Mr Jean-Pierre Schumacher has resigned as non-
executive director with effect from 18 May 2007. As a result of this
resignation, Ms Emmerentia Oosthuizen automatically resigns as an alternate
director to Mr Schumacher. The board would like to thank Mr Schumacher for his
valuable contribution to the Company.
